After-sales service
Please contact our customer service by e-mail sav@navailles.fr by indicating the 6-digit number that appears on the underside of each seat and also on the main components. This number allows us to determine the exact date of shipment of your seat. This date is used to determine the start of the 8-year warranty on your seat. Seat and backrest covers are not covered by the warranty.
